Five Oceans Co LLC is a 100% Omani Company that was established in 2002. The founder were one of the pioneers of fresh fish export, has established the first fish/seafood processing plant fully designed to HACCP regulation in 2010 in Oman. It is located in Al Dhakliesh region, about 30 km from Rusayl Industrial Area in Muscat. The Company always aims at producing fresh and sound Quality products that meets our valued customer's requirement. The factory obtained European Union Approval (QC 92/49) and recently the company have received the industrial Enterpreneurship Award 2015.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Owing to good demand for chilled (fresh) fish; Company has developed infrastructure for processing more than 20 tones fish per day. The fish plant is equipped with all necessary refrigerated storage rooms as well as processing & packing areas.

The storage capacity of the cold stores is 300 tons, all cold stroes are equipped with data loggers to record temperature.

The company has invested in its own refrigerated and insulated trucks for transporting raw material from the landling areas to the processing plant maintaining the ' Ocean Freshness' of the material. Raw material is purchased from different fishing vessels, each landing center/supplier is assigned a specific code so as to aid in product traceability
