QUALITY POLICY

To attain safety of the product, a system based on HACCP principle is being implemented and maintained throuhout the operation procedures.

HACCP system in our factory is entrusted to the HACCP team, which is formed from the trained and experienced personnel. This team identifies and evaluates the hazards associated with different products and processes. Then introduce, CCP, HACCP plan form, corrective action system etc after proper discussion

Fish in its whole form fresh or frozen is the most common way of marketing, nowadays available packaging and freezing available technology has made its way in the fisheries processing sector paving the way to allow ready meals and value added fish cuts to become a common seen on hypermarket displays. Five Oceans is currently busy forming brands as well as labels for this type of product.
